It all began with the Scrap Dog…

Scrap was my first pup. He was super smart, loyal, and endlessly hungry. He was my original sidekick—the Robin to my Batman. Though, if you asked him, he would have said he was Batman.

As my best friend, Scrap inspired me to dedicate myself to making pups happy.

In 1996, we opened Out-U-Go!. We started small – it was me walking most of the dogs.

Over the years, we’ve grown a bit. Dan, my cousin, joined us in 2005, starting his own Out-U-Go! in Denver, CO. Amanda & Lindsay joined in 2009, each opening areas around Chicago. Lisa joined us in Madison, WI in 2012. We work together, with Chuck and Cara, and our team of canine concierges & pet sitters, to make dogs happy throughout Chicago, Colorado, and Wisconsin.

We have a big footprint and a small paw print. Meaning, we think we’re exactly the right size.

We’re big enough to be consistently professional, reliable, and available. And small enough to give all our pups, and their pet parents, lots of personal attention, love, and care.
