Why Northfield Pet Parents Trust Out‑U‑Go!
Our North Shore team has cared for Northfield pups since 2019, along with neighbors in Winnetka, Wilmette and Kenilworth.
YOUR LOCAL NORTH SHORE TEAM
Our walkers are real members of a dedicated North Shore team, not gig workers from an app. They’re in Northfield every week and know the routes pups love most.
QUIET, WOODED STREETS
Northfield’s peaceful residential streets and nearby forest preserves make it a lovely place to be a dog. Every walk stays on leash, safe and close to home.
UPDATES YOU CAN COUNT ON
Every Northfield walk ends with a text from your walker: photos, a GPS map of the route and a quick note on how your pup did, so you can check in from the Metra, the office or wherever your day takes you.
Your Northfield Dog Walking Team
Out-U-Go! started in Oak Park in 1996 and came to the North Shore in 2019, bringing the same team and the same way of caring for dogs. Landon and Isabelle from our management team live right here on the North Shore, and walkers like Karyn and Robin care for pups all over Northfield and the nearby towns.
Getting started is easy. Landon, our Head of Hellos, will reach out to set up your virtual meet & greet. Then we’ll match your pup with a walker who knows Northfield and covers it regularly.

What North Shore Pet Parents Say
“Robin has been walking our little man Oakley for a few months now, and she’s wonderful! They take really good, enriching walks every visit and he always gets his business done. … We’ve tried other dog walking services before and had some negative experiences, so this has been really refreshing, stress-free, and reliably great.”
“Finally found a reliable dog walking service which my dog and I both love! It makes my day when I receive the text report on my dog’s walk which includes a photo of him and a GPS map of his walk. I highly recommend Out-U-Go.”
“I started dog walking services this week with Landon, and I am so thankful for his effort and care! My senior dog was in need of a midday walk but more important some pets and attention. Her mood and behavior at night has improved tremendously since getting these walks!”

FAQ's
Do you walk dogs in every part of Northfield?
Yes, we walk dogs throughout Northfield, along with Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette, Kenilworth and Winnetka. Send us your address through the quick form and we’ll confirm your street.
Who will walk my dog in Northfield?
A walker from our North Shore team who regularly covers Northfield. On Weekly Walks your pup gets a familiar primary walker at a set time each week, with backup from the rest of the team. Add-On Walks are scheduled as needed, so a few different walkers may visit, though we always aim for consistency.
How much does dog walking cost in Northfield?
Northfield Weekly Walks start at $26 per 25-minute visit, and Add-On Walks start at $31. Fill out the form and we’ll send the full rates and plan options for your street.
Do you take dogs to dog parks or dog beaches?
No, never. For your dog’s safety, we don’t take pups to dog parks, dog beaches or other off-leash areas. Every walk stays on leash around your neighborhood.
Can you watch my dog while I travel?
Yes, for Northfield pups on a Weekly or Add-On walking plan. Our team gets to know your dog on regular walks first, so it usually takes about 4 weeks to set up dog sitting or house sitting for a new pet parent.
How do I get started?
Fill out the quick form at the top of the page. Landon or someone else from our North Shore team will reach out to schedule a free virtual meet & greet.
