From there, we create a visit routine designed to keep your pup thriving and your day running smoothly. After each visit, your sitter shares real‑time text updates – complete with photos, a walk map, and notes – so you always feel close to your dog’s adventures.

What towns do you walk in?

Out-U-Go! provides professional dog walking and pet sitting services across multiple regions.

In the Chicago area, we serve the City of Chicago (North and South), the surrounding suburbs including Downers Grove, Naperville, Oak Park, and the North Shore.

In Colorado, we provide services in Boulder, Denver, and Highlands Ranch.

In Wisconsin, we offer walks and visits in Madison and nearby areas.

How do I schedule a visit?

Fill out the Get Started form above to let us know what kind of care you’re looking for. From there, we’ll set up a virtual intro call so we can learn more about your pup and their routine. After that, we’ll arrange a Meet & Greet with your pup’s regular sitter. Once you’ve had that chance to connect, you’ll be all set to schedule walks whenever you need them.

Can I meet my dog walker beforehand?

Absolutely! We believe every great walk starts with a great connection. Before we start our visits, we’ll coordinate a time for your pup’s primary walker to stop by, introduce themselves, and take some time to get to know your dog’s personality, routine, and needs before the first visit.

How long are walks?

We offer 25, 35, 45, and 60 minute walks. You can choose whatever feels best for you and your pups.

Will my dog have the same walker every time?

Consistency is a big part of helping pups build a great bond with their regular walker – that’s always what we aim for.

But life happens. People get sick and things come up. That’s exactly why we work as a team. Between our support team and our sitters, we all stay in close communication and support each other so that if a pup’s primary walker isn’t available, another teammate can always step in.
