Hi Pet Parents,

I want to give you a heads up that beginning September 16th, we’ll be making a small adjustment to our visit rates.

Lots of you have been with us for many years – some of you have even been with us for several decades – and you know that me and my team are here because we truly love what we do. You also understand that from time to time, we need to adjust our rates.

Providing great care for our pups starts with having a great group of people on the team. And to support them it’s really important to us to make sure everyone earns fair wages.

Over the last two and half years we’ve held our visit rates steady, while raising our team’s compensation to keep up with their costs of living. As part of what is always a tricky balance, we need to raise our rates to get back into alignment so we can continue to be sustainable as a small business.

While, I’m sure that you support our sitters and office team being fairly compensated, we understand the adjustment impacts each of you as well. We never want a rate change to prevent us from seeing your pup. If the increase makes visits too financially difficult for you, please reach out and we’d be happy to see what we can do.
