I think that your service is extraordinary. My work hours are very erratic, and I often don't know until the last minute when I'll need someone to come and walk Otis. But it's never a problem, and someone is always available to walk him. I've had several walkers over the last year and a half, and they've all been fantastic. Not only that, but everyone in the office is always prompt and helpful. The ease with which I can book or cancel the walks is terrific.
