How long have you been providing pet care?

We have been walking, petting, scratching, feeding, brushing, and patting since 1996. During that time we have put hundreds of thousands of pet care visits under our collars.

What services do you offer and for what sorts of pets?

Out-U-Go! provides care for dog, cats, and critters of all shapes sizes and degrees of furriness. We offer all kinds of services including Daily Dog Walks, Vacation Care for Dogs, Kitty Care, Housesitting, Critter Care, and Pet Taxis. Whether you are working long days, out for the evening, or on vacation, we have a service to meet you and your furry family members' needs. Our awesome office staff is available from 9-5 Monday thru Friday to help with all of your pet care needs.

When are your services available?

Out-U-Go! is available from early in the morning to late at night…every day!

Do you require an on going visit schedule commitment?

Nope. We know that people and pet schedules change all the time for lots of reasons. We will schedule your pet care however it works best for you. Whether it’s ongoing Monday thru Friday mid-day visits for your pup, occasional dinner visits, or weekends out of town, we will make it work for you.

Will you care for my pets while I’m on vacation?

Of course. We offer comprehensive vacation care visits and house sitting for dogs, cats, and critters.

What if I need holiday service?

You got it! We offer most of our services every single day of the year. We walk, pet and feed on New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, even
Feral Cat Day.

How do I change my service or routines?

Just let us know. Whether it is a sick kitty or a maturing puppy, pet routines change. Our office staff is available from 9-5 Monday thru Friday and our email boxes are always open to update your pet care needs and make sure your furry family receives the best possible care.

How do I add or cancel visits for my pets?

Call our office, send us an email, or make a reservation through our website!

What if I need emergency service?

We know that even though you try to plan in advance, last-minute emergencies may arise. Let us know what you need and we’ll do everything we possibly can to make it happen.

Will my pets receive individual attention?

Absolutely. Pets are like snowflakes, except warmer and furrier; each one is unique. We provide personal and individual care for all pets one household at a time to ensure the highest quality of care.

How will I know you’ve been to my home?

Although happy pets are our true calling card, we’ll also leave a special Report Card at every visit letting you know what your pets have been up to.

Can I choose the time of my pet’s care?

Yes, we can get pretty close to whatever time you want. However, walking dogs and caring for cats is a job with lots of variables. Muddy paws and fur balls can affect our Pet Care Providers’ schedules, so we do ask for a time window to ensure quality service for everyone.

Who are the Pet Care Providers?

They are really awesome pet lovers who are passionate about working with our four-legged friends. All of our staff has been carefully screened and trained.

How do you hire?

Very carefully! Dog walking is a pretty sweet job so we get a lot of people interested in working for us, which means we have a large applicant pool. First, we carefully screen all applicants and interview only the very best. After successful interviews, we check references and backgrounds. The next step is an extensive training process, which includes extensive study at Dog Walk U our "school" for training and educating pet care providers. Once in the field, an ongoing training and review process ensures an amazing staff.

Will I always have the same pet care provider?

We strive to create consistent and ongoing relationships with pets and Pet Care Providers. While we try to send the same staff member every time, no one is available 100% of the time every day of the year. Just as pet and pet parents’ schedules change, so do those of our Pet Care Providers. Since everyone gets sick and takes vacations once in awhile, we make sure that one of our awesome Pet Care Providers is always available for your pet’s care.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We are fully bonded and insured at the maximum industry limits to ensure the highest level of protection for you and yours. We are also members of the Pet Sitters International.

And why am I supposed to ask that question?

Because being bonded and insured means that we are prepared for anything. When your pets are in our care, they are our responsibility. There are three precious things in everyone’s life; that is their home, their pets and their children. We take care of two of the three…sorry kiddies. Rest assured we take our responsibility very, very seriously.

How much do pet care visits costs?

That depends on your location, the number of pets in your home, what kind of pets you have, and the services you need. Please contact your local office where we will be happy to give you a quote.

How do I pay Out-U-Go!?

Easy. We have simple automated monthly invoicing. A detailed monthly statement of your pet care visits will be emailed to you and we will then bill your credit card. There are no checks to send and no waste!

What’s the deal with the Meet and Greet?

This is our initial visit with a member of the office staff that allows you to meet us and allows us to meet you and your furry friends. During this visit, we’ll go over all of the details, pick up keys, and answer all of your pet care questions. This visit is free of charge!

No. We at Out-U-Go! believe strongly in the “pet human pact”. We provide love, care, food, and housing, and in return we get to occasionally dress them up in funny costumes. It’s a win-win!
