Requests for visits Monday through Friday mid-day (10:30am – 4pm) should be made no later than 8am on the day of the requested visit.

Requests for after hours or weekend visits should be made 3 business days prior to the day of the requested visit/s. After hours and weekend visits are available on a first come first serve basis and are pending staff availability.

As always, we are here to help! If your pup needs a visit and it’s outside of the allotted reservation request time, be sure and call us anyway! We will do everything we can to help accommodate you and your pups’ needs.
